ようこそ、長文地獄へ！この投稿は、SymphonyＸ（サイト）アルバム9作目 "Underworld"（2015年）発表の周辺にある（と私が信じる）仕掛けについてです。

Underworldは「冥界、地獄」。Symphony X公式サイトの 記事（英語） で、作曲の中心でありギタリストのマイケル・ロメオ Michael Romeo氏の説明が紹介されています。大きな発想源は、ダンテ・アリギエーリ Dante Alighieri（1265-1321）の叙事詩『神曲』"La Divina Commedia"（1320年頃完成）の、主人公が地獄、煉獄、天国を旅して帰還する物語の中から「地獄篇」。他にギリシャ神話で吟遊詩人オルフェウスが亡くした妻エウリュディケを取り戻そうと冥界へ行く物語も挙げられています。
Michael Romeo, the main composer and the guitarist, discribes about this album in the article at the Symphony X official website. It's based on the "Inferno" chapter from Dante Alighieri (1265-1321)'s epic poem "La Divina Commedia (The Divine Comedy)" (circa1320). A man (Dante) journeys through Inferno, Purgatory, Heaven, and comes back to his world alive. Also inspired by the story of the bard Orpheus in Greek mythology. He goes to Underworld to get his wife Eurydice back from her death.
つまり「地獄へ行って戻ってくる」というテーマです。まさにその題名の曲 "To Hell and Back" がこのアルバムにあります。（Spotify）曲の再生が全体のどの辺に来ているか分かる状態で聴いていて、ちょうど半分まで来ると曲調が変わり、帰路 (Back) を急ぐ雰囲気になるのを、毎回楽しみに聴いています。
So, the theme is "To Hell and back". One of the songs is titled just like so. (Spotify) It wows me everytime I hear it on a player where I can see the progress of the play, then it reaches the half, the music changes like really hurrying back.
ダンテ『神曲』をいつか読みたいと思いながら未読だったのですが、"Underworld" で題材になっていると知り、発売を待っている期間に こちらの和訳本 (amazon) で読みました。高価ですが、「地獄篇」「煉獄篇」「天国篇」を1冊で読め、和訳は読みやすく（この前に岩波文庫で読もうとして力尽きる）、解説も充実、ギュスターヴ・ドレ Gustave Doré の挿絵も完全収録、美しい本で宝になりました。こちらの英語版 (amazon USA)も買いました！これもまた美しい本でテンションが上がります（古英語に白目）。いつかイタリア・トスカーナ方言の原文にも挑み、本当の「テルツァ・リーマ Terza rima」（『神曲』でダンテが使用した韻律）を鑑賞してみたいです。
I had been interested in reading "The Divine Comedy" for a long time, then I learned "Underworld" is based on it, so I finally read it during waiting for the release of the album. Firstly, I read the Japanese translation. A beautiful book! (Product page at amazon Japan) Also got the English translation. It's also a beautiful book! (Product page at amazon USA) Someday I'd like to try to appreciate the original Tuscan "Terza Rima" (a meter Dante used for this epic poem) as well!
『神曲』で主人公（ダンテ）が地獄を旅するとき、敬愛する大先輩の詩人ウェルギリウス Vergilius（紀元前70年頃-紀元前19年頃）が案内してくれます。（キリスト教がまだ存在しない時代に生きていたため天国へ行けず曖昧なエリアに所属していなければならないというなかなかブルータルな設定）
When the man (Dante) journeys through Inferno of "The Divine Comedy", the great poet Virgil (circa 70 B.C.-19 B.C.) whom Dante respected very much, becomes a guide for him. (Virgil lived when the Cristian religeon didn't exist yet, so he can't go to Heaven and has to belong to a vague area. A kind of brutal setting.)
"Underworld" CDブックレットのウォレン・フラナガン Warren Flanagan氏によるアートワークでは、Symphony Xの声たる男ラッセル・アレン Russell Allenに似たキャラクターが地獄を旅する主人公として描かれています。それで『神曲』を読むときに、ダンテをラッセル・アレン氏で想像し、ダンテが詩人として敬愛するウェルギリウス先生をマイケル・ロメオ氏で想像していると、ウェルギリウス先生がダンテに目隠しする場面があり、惜しい！逆！！などと勝手にもどかしがったりしました（ライヴ中にラッセル・アレン氏がよくマイケル・ロメオ氏に目隠しするため）。まったくもって余談すみません。
In the "Underworld" CD booklet with the artwork by Warren Flanagan, a character looks like Russell Allen, the voice of Symphony X, journeys through Inferno. So, when I was reading "The Divine Comedy", I imagined Russell Allen as Dante, and imagined Michael Romeo as Maestro Virgil who is respected by Dante as a poet. Then, there was a scene where Maestro Virgil blindfolds Dante, so I went like "Wow it's close! but the opposite!" (because Russell Allen often blindfolds Michael Romeo at their shows) Excuse me for this complete digression.
『神曲』はキリスト教の「三位一体」を象徴する聖数 3とその倍数に基づいて構成され、3行でひとまとまり、3章構成（「地獄篇」「煉獄篇」「天国篇」）等々、何もかもが3とその倍数を基調としています。
"The Divine Comedy" was structured on the holy number 3 and its multiples in honor of Trinity of the Christian religeon (3 lines of the poem make 1 block, paragraphs are multiples of 3, 3 chapters, etc.)
Symphony Xアルバムも、3作目でこの『神曲』モチーフを取り入れます。『神曲』の英語題 "The Divine Comedy" のComedy「喜劇」を反対語のTragedy「悲劇」にして、翼 Wingsを生やしたものが、アルバム3作目及び同名の収録曲の題名 "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" です。
（Symphony Xは「喜劇と悲劇」"Comedy & Tragedy" をテーマのひとつにしていると思われます。この2つは古代ギリシャから物語表現の基本とされ、「喜劇と悲劇」のペアの仮面は物語表現芸術のシンボルとして世界的に伝わっています。この仮面のペアがSymphony Xのすべてのアルバムアートワークに登場します）
For the 3rd album, Symphony X took the motif from "The Divine Comedy". "Comedy" was changed to the antonym "Tragedy", and "Wings" were added - "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" was the title of the 3rd album and its title track.
("Comedy & Tragedy" has been one of the themes of Symphony X, I believe. These 2 has been the basic of the art of drama from ancient Greece, and the pair of "Comedy & Tragedy" theatrical masks have been the symbol of the art of drama worldwide, and appear in all Symphony X album artworks.)
"Divine wings"「神聖な翼」は、天使の翼のことであると思います。そしてその天使とはルシファーのことであると思います。キリスト教の物語で、ルシファーは天使たちの中で最も優れているとされるほどでしたが、天界で反乱を起こし、地獄へ堕ちて悪魔の王サタンとして再び君臨します。アルバム3作目のタイトル曲 "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" の歌詞は、その物語を描いていると思います。歌詞に、ダンテ『神曲』で地獄の門にある碑文 "Abandon hope all ye who enter here"「この門をくぐる者はすべて望みを捨てよ」が出てきます。
I think "Divine Wings" means a pair of wings of an angel. And I think that angel is Lucifer. In the story of Christian religeon, Lucifer was once considered as the greatest angel in Heaven but started rebellion, fell to Inferno and started to have power again as the King of demons, Satan. I think the lyrics of the song "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" is about that story. The epitaph on the entrance gate of Inferno "Abandon hope all ye who enter here" from Dante's "The Divine Comedy" appears in the lyrics.
ダンテはこの叙事詩を、当時ヨーロッパの文語として主流であったラテン語ではなく、地元民にとってより平易なイタリア・トスカーナ方言で書き、執筆当時は単に "Commedia"『喜劇』と命名（1555年にヴェネツィアで刊行された版から "La Divina Commedia"『神聖な喜劇』とされ定着）。"当時のイタリアで「喜劇」の定義は「お笑い」ではなく「良い結末」程度の意味だそうで、確かに、地獄→煉獄→天国と旅して行くので「良い結末」。
Dante didn't write this epic poem in Latin which was the usual written language in Europe at that time, but wrote it in Italian Tuscan dialect which was easier to read for the local people. Dante named it just "Commedia" when he wrote it (Later it was changed to "La Divina Commedia" since the version published in Venice in 1555). At that time in Italy "commedia (comedy)" didn't mean "comical, funny thing" but it meant "good ending". The story is a journy through Inferno → Purgatory → Heaven, so it is a "good ending" for sure.
『神曲』"The Divine Comedy" は地獄→煉獄→天国→もとの世界へ生きて帰還、という方向で旅する物語。
その "Comedy"「喜劇」を逆の "Tragedy"「悲劇」にした "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" では、ルシファー/サタンが天国→地獄へ堕ちる、逆方向の物語。
そして3 x 3 = 9作目のアルバムで『神曲』を再訪し、「地獄」"Underworld" から再び始まり、今度は「良い方」へ向かって地獄を脱出。
"The Divine Comedy" is a story of a man (Dante) who journeys through Inferno → Purgatory → Heaven → and comes back to his world alive.
The song "The Divine Wings of Tragedy", with the word "Tragedy" flipped from the antonym "Comedy", is a story of Lucifer/Satan goes Heaven → Inferno, the opposite course.
Then, 3 x 3 = 9th album returns to this epic poem, and the journey starts again from the Underworld, and this time it takes a "good" direction, going out of Underworld.
すべてが3を元にしている『神曲』で地獄は九圏の構造になっていて、アルバム9作目で題材とすることに完璧にフィット。アルバムアートワークでも地獄の九圏 (9 circles) を表現。
In "The Divine Comedy" with everything structured on 3, Inferno has the 9 circles, so it fits perfectly to take it as the subject for the 9th album. The album artwork represents the 9 circles of Inferno.
マイケル・ロメオ氏の誕生日1968年3月6日の数字1968、3、6 は、3とその倍数の3連！そのことが、ロメオ氏がダンテ『神曲』に深く親しむようになった理由のひとつかもしれないと想像しています。
Michael Romeo's birth date 1968/3/6 is a set of 3 numbers that are 3 and its multiples! I guess that it may be one of the reasons Romeo got hooked deeply on "The Divine Comedy".
"The Divine Wings of Tragedy" と "Underworld" の発表年1996と2015は、略して '96、'15と表記するならば、3の倍数ですね。
The release years of "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" and "Underworld", 1996 and 2015 are shortened as '96 and '15, then they are both multiples of 3.
"Underworld" の世界発売日は2015年7月24日。24は3の倍数！（日本盤は22日にしちゃいましたよね！）
The worldwide release date of "Underworld" was July 24th 2015. 24 is a multiple of 3!
公式発売日は3の倍数を選んであるようだと思ったとき、もしかして他にも何かあるんじゃないかと感じました。
When I realized that the release date looks like to be set on the date of a multiple of 3, I started to wonder "Aren't there something more...?"
そして月が気になりました。
And the Moon took my attention.
なぜ気になったかというと、Dream Theaterの "A Dramatic Turn of Events" （2011年）のせい、いや、おかげです。バンド創立メンバーの1人マイク・ポートノイ Mike Portnoyが脱退するという大衝撃からの「復活」と、バンドの地元ニューヨークが911から10年を迎えての（10は「完全」を表す数）復活を重ねた内容のアルバム。そのアメリカでの発売日が2011年9月13日だったので（日本では2011年9月7日）、キリスト教文化で不吉とされる13日をわざわざ選んだことを不思議に思っていたところ、日本でその2011年9月13日の夜になって満月を見たとき、911から10年を迎えて最初の満月（復活の象徴）の日だと気付いた、ということがあったのでした。他にもいろいろ示唆が満載のアルバムですね。
The reason was Dream Theater's album "A Dramatic Turn of Events" (2011). The album has the theme associated with the band's hometown New York's resurrection after 10 years from 911, and also the band's resurrection after the shock that one of the founding members Mike Portnoy left the band. The release date in the USA was September 13th 2011, and I wondered why they chose the sinister (in the Christian religion) date 13 as the release date for the USA. And when I saw the beautiful full moon in the night of September 13th 2011 in Japan, I realized that it was the first full moon (the symbol of resurrection) after 10 years passed (10 is a number of "perfection") since 911. The album has more gimmicks.
Dream Theaterは他にも8作目アルバム "Octavarium"（2005年）に詰まった仕掛けが鳥肌ものだったり、「何かあるかもしれん」と思うクセはDream Theaterがつけてくれたと言っても過言ではありません。2011年頃からやっと聴き始めたのですが。
As another example, Dream Theater's 8th album "Octavarium" (2005) is full of sick gimmicks that make me have goosebumps. So I can say Dream Theater made me to think "Is there something...?" always. I've just started to listen to them since around 2011, though.
そんなわけで！2015年7月の月齢カレンダー を見ました。
So! I looked up the Moon calendar of July 2015. (linked to a Japanese website, but the dates are written in Arabic numerals so I think it's understandable worldwide.)
2015年7月24日の月は半月。月のサイクルのうち、満ちていく途中と欠けていく途中、2回の半月がありますが、2015年7月24日は「上弦（じょうげん）の月」、満ちていく途中の半月です。
The Moon of July 24th 2015 was a half moon. There are 2 times of half moon in the Moon's cycle, waning and waxing, and the Moon on July 24th 2015 was a waxing half moon.
新月を「死」「リセット」、満月を「完全復活」とするならば、満ちていく途中の半月は、「死と生が半々、でも完全な生へ戻る途中」という象徴になり得ます。
The new moon can symbolize "death", "reset". And the full moon can symbolize "perfect resurrection", so, the waxing half moon can symbolize "half & half of dead & alive, but on the way back to be fully alive again".
アルバム "Underworld" のテーマ「地獄へ行って戻ってくる」に完璧にフィット。アートワークの「喜劇と悲劇」"Comedy & Tragedy" の2つの仮面、そして、あのラッセル・アレンの2人おるやろ！！としか思えないヴォーカルにもフィットすると思います。
It perfectly fits the theme of "Underworld", "To Hell and Back". I think it also fits the pair of "Comedy & Tragedy" theatrical masks of the album artwork, and that Russell Allen's vocals that make me think "There must be 2 singers!!"
（アルバムと同名の曲 "Underworld" （Spotify）は、もしSymphony Xを知らず前情報なしで聴いたら私はヴォーカルが2人いると思ったんじゃないかと思います。で、2人いると思って聴いていて、再生時間4:50から5:00までの10秒で、うわあああ1人だったーーー！！と鳥肌を立てただろうと思います。その部分は、ラッセル1人だと知っていても毎回鳥肌で、本当に大好きです！）
(Especially the title track "Underworld" (Spotify)...If I listened to it without any information about Symphony X, I would think there are 2 singers. Then when the song reaches the play time 4:50-5:00, that 10 seconds would make me have goosebumps and shout "Whaaaaat, it's the same one person!!" Even I know well that the singer is Russell Allen only, every time I listen to that part I have goosebumps! Love it so much!)
そして更に「月面X（げつめんエックス）」の存在を知りました。（英語 "Lunar X" または "Werner X"）上弦の月のとき、たまに、その明暗の境目に X が現れる！！！
Symphony Xが「喜劇と悲劇、明と暗のような二極をクロス（X）させるシンフォニー」というテーマを持っていると思われることにも完全フィット！！
Plus....I learned about the phenomenon called "Lunar X" (or "Werner X")! On the deviding line between light and darkness on the waxing half moon, sometimes X appears!!!

It fits perfectly the theme Symphony X probably has - "To make 2 extremes like Comedy & Tragedy or Light & Darkness cross (X), and let them make Symphony"!!
世界規模で発売される音楽商品のリリース日を金曜に統一する"New music Fridays"の取り組みが2015年7月から始まり、アーティスト側に発売日の希望があっても「金曜」のほうが優先事項になるのだろうか？と気になっているのですが、"Underworld" 発売日2015年7月24日は金曜！曜日まで味方につけた Symphony X!
The movement "New music Fridays" to set all release dates on Friday has started since July 2015, so I wonder if the artist wants to set the specific release date but it's not Friday, Does it have to be changed to Friday? But anyways "Underworld" 's release date July 24th 2015 was Friday! Symphony X even got the day of the week at their side!
"Underworld" の世界発売日が、3の倍数で、満ちていく途中の半月の日を選んであるようだと考え始めると、ふと、発売日だけか？と思いました。
When I realized that the release date looks like to be set on the date of a multiple of 3 and the date when the waxing half moon happens, I started to wonder "Is it only the release date?"
そして、Symphony Xのウェブサイトで "Underworld" の告知が初めてあったときの投稿 に遡りました。日付は2015年5月18日。18は3の倍数。
I looked back the first announcement of "Underworld" at Symphony X official website. The date was May 18th 2015. 18 is a multiple of 3.
2015年5月の月齢カレンダー を見ました。
I looked up the Moon calendar of May 2015.
新月！すべての始まりです。
New moon! The start of everything.
それから、自分が持っているアルバム3作目 "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" のCDを見ました（1999年にレーベル解散となってしまったZero Corporation製の日本盤です。私はSymphony Xファンになった2014年に中古で買いました）。発売日を見ると1996年11月13日。3の倍数日ではなかったか。でも3は入っている。
Then I looked up the 3rd "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" CD I have (the issue from Japanese label Zero Corporation that released Symphony X's CD for the first time in the world but got dissolved in 1999 sadly... I became a fan of Symphony X around 2014 and bought the CD via a secondhand shop in Japan.) The release date was November 13th 1996. Oh, it was not a date of a multiple of 3. But still has 3.
1996年11月の月齢カレンダー を見ました。このときは上弦の月ではありませんでした。しかし新月から3日目ではある。
I looked up the Moon calendar of November 1996. OK it wasn't the waxing half moon for this time. But it was the 3rd day from the new moon.
話を2015年に戻します。
Let's go back to 2015.
2015年7月には、人類による天体観測史上レベルで大きな出来事がありました。2015年7月14日、NASAによる冥王星（Pluto）への最接近撮影が成功。（NASAサイトの記事（英語））地球から観測機New Horizonsが飛び立って9年後のことです。（打ち上げ日が1月19日で、マイケル・ロメオ氏とベーシストのマイケル・レポンド Michael LePond氏（他のメンバーも？）が大ファンで、Symphony Xでもソロアルバムでも題材にしているエドガー・アラン・ポー Edgar Allan Poeの誕生日だったりします。地味に迫ってくる偶然）
In july 2015, there was a big event in the human's history of astronomical observation. On July 14th 2015, NASA's closest flyby and photo shoot of Pluto succeeded. (article at NASA website) It was 9 years after the observation satellite New Horizons departed from our Earth. (The launching date was January 19th, birthday of Edgar Allan Poe. His works are Michael Romeo and Michael LePond's [also other band members' ?] favorite subject of the songs for Symphony X and thier solo works. A quiet coincidence.)
冥王星は、漢字でばっちりその通り「冥府の王」であり、英語名Plutoは、ローマ神話の冥府を司る神の名（ギリシャ神話ではHades）。ダンテ『神曲』「地獄篇」にも登場。
Pluto is the name of the ruler of the Underworld in Roman mythology (Hades in Greek mythology). Pluto appears in Dante's "The Divine Comedy".
そして、冥王星の周囲を回っている衛星のうち最大のものカロン Charon（NASAサイトの記事（英語））は、地獄の入口の川で死者の魂を向こう岸へ渡す船頭の名。カロンも『神曲』「地獄篇」に登場。Symphony X "Underworld"に、カロンの曲 "Charon" があります。大好きです。（Spotify）
And Charon, the biggest satellite of Pluto (article at NASA webiste), is the name of the ferryman of the river in the Underworld. Charon also appears in Dante's "The Divine Comedy". Symphony X's "Underworld" has the song "Charon". (Spotify) I love it so much.
で、この「冥府の王」と「カロン」という名の2つの星の画像や話題が、Symphony X "Underworld" 発売日2015年7月24日の前後しばらく、メディアで目立っていたのです。
So, these 2 stars "Pluto" and "Charon" were very topical on the media for a while around the release of Symphony X's "Underworld" on July 24th 2015.
Symphony Xの作曲の中心であるマイケル・ロメオ氏は、もしかすると、この冥王星への接近飛行プロジェクトを、New Horizonsが2006年に打ち上げられたときから認識していて、または少なくとも2015年より何年か前には認識していて、冥王星への接近飛行が実現しているであろうときに "Underworld" を発表する長期計画をしていたのではないかと思いました。
I guess that the main composer Michael Romeo was aware of this Pluto flyby project since the New Horisons was launched in 2006, or at least some years earlier than 2015, and had a long-term plan to release "Underworld" when the Pluto flyby will be coming true.
徹底的に3の元に構築された『神曲』は「地獄篇」「煉獄篇」「天国篇」の3つの章で構成され、各章がすべて同じ単語で終わっていて、それは、トスカーナ語の原文で "stella", 英語で "star", 「星」です。その「3つの星（天体）」が、"Underworld" 発売前後の旅では、冥王星、カロン、月だったのではないかと思います。
"The Divine Comedy" is thoroughly based on 3 and has 3 chapters "Inferno" "Purgatory" "Heaven", and all of the 3 chapters end with the same word: "stella" in the original Italian Tuscan dialect, "star" in English. And I guess the"3 stars (heavenly body)" were Pluto, Charon and Moon for the journey around the release of "Underworld".
ロメオ氏と、おそらく他のメンバーや運営陣も一緒に、冥王星プロジェクト、上弦の月、3の倍数、などを意識した上で、2015年7月24日というすばらしく完璧な発売日が設定されたのだとしか考えられなくなりました。
I just couldn't think other ways than Michael Romeo, probably with other members and staffs together, were very aware of the Pluto flyby project, the waxing half moon and multiples of 3, and set the awesomely perfect release date July 24th 2015.
7月は17日がドラマーのジェイソン・ルロ Jason Rullo氏の誕生日、19日がラッセル・アレン氏の誕生日という時期でもあります。
Also July has the drummer Jason Rullo's birthday on 17th, and Russell Allen's birthday on 19th.
そして "Underworld" 発売後にも、事はまだ終わりませんでした。むしろ始まりました。
And after "Underworld" was released, the party wasn't over yet. It even started.
2015年9月と10月、Symphony XはOverkillと一緒にアメリカとカナダをツアー。日程お知らせの画像が悪魔召喚儀式のお知らせにしか見えなくて思わず保存しました。
In September and October 2015, Symphony X toured the USA and Canada with Overkill. The tour dates announcement just looked like a summoning devil tour dates announcement, so I had to save it in my computer.
そしてアメリカで2015年9月27日夜、地球に最接近して最大に見える満月スーパームーンと、赤みがかって見えるために「ブラッドムーン（血の色の月）」と呼ばれる皆既月食が同時に起きる超レア天体現象スーパーブラッドムーン Super Blood Moonが発生。アメリカから観測できるのは33年ぶり。怖い。
And in the night of September 27th 2015 in the USA, the largest full moon on the closest position to the Earth called Super Moon, and Total Lunar Eclipse called Blood Moon because it looks reddish, came at once - the super rare astronomical phenomenon Super Blood Moon happened. 33 years since the previous one visible from the USA. Scary.
Symphony X陣営が「3の倍数」「月」を意識してきたと確信（または想定）する中、9（3 x 3）月27（3 x 9）日、最大の満月で血の色の皆既月食、33年ぶり、こりゃSymphony X陣営から何か出るかな、と思いました。そしたら、マイケル・ロメオ氏の白いギターが血まみれになっている写真が出ました。（Symphony X 公式Facebookで投稿されていましたが、削除されたのか現在見当たらず）
Knowing (or guessing) Symphony X camp had been very aware of "multiples of 3" and the Moon...and here comes the 27 (3 x 9) th date of the 9 (3 x 3) th month...and the Super Blood Moon...first time in 33 years...I just became curious about if something would come out from Symphony X camp...and, a photo of Michael Romeo's white guitar blood-stained came out. (It was on Symphony X official Facebook but now it's not. Maybe deleted?)
2015年9月24日のシカゴ公演中、ロメオ氏がギター演奏中に右手のどこかを切って流血。演奏は続行、1音もミスらず！24もまた3の倍数ですが、Symphony X陣営からの報告は3日後の「血の色のスーパームーン」当日、9月27日に出されました。
At the show in Chicago on September 24th 2015, Michael Romeo got a cut on his right hand while playing the guitar and bleeded. He kept playing and made no wrong note! 24 is also a multiple of 3, but Symphony X camp made the post 3 days later, on September 27th, the date of the Super Blood Moon.
しかし、おおロメオ様、ロメオ様……！こんな33年ぶりの超レア天体現象「血の色のスーパームーン」の3日前に流血なさるとは。あまりのことに、これも一連の「3の倍数」「月」の仕掛けに含まれる演出だろうか？とも考えました。本当に流血したのではなく、人工の血糊などを使ったのではないか、と。それをロメオ氏が完璧にやろうとすると想像したらむっちゃかわいいですが。しかし、ロメオ氏がステージでのギター演奏よりもいたずらを優先するということがなさそうだと思います。
But O Romeo, Romeo...! What a coincidence that thou bleeded 3 days before the Super Blood Moon that happened for the first time in 33 years! I even suspected that it was one of those gimmicks of "multiples of 3" and "the Moon". He didn't bleed actually but used something like artificial blood? It's a kind of cute imagining he tries to do it perfectly, but I don't think he gives priority to doing a prank than playing the guitar on stage.

すると、1曲目の "Nevermore" は無事終了、2曲目の "Underworld" だったように見えました。よりによって「地獄」という名のこの曲で！？
こちらの動画1:39頃 ロメオ氏が右手をギターから離して上げて見ています。
次の3曲目 "Without You" では、こちらの動画1:08頃から ロメオ氏が写りますが、もうギターの右手が触れる辺りに赤い跡があります。2:28頃、ロメオ氏が何か右手に感じる違和を振り払うように動かしています。2:50頃からのギターソロでロメオ氏を中心に撮影されている間、ギターに赤い跡があることがよくわかります。
しかし、大変な怪我をしたのではなかったようで本当に良かったです！！

I found that the 1st song "Nevermore" finished safely, and the 2nd song "Underworld" looked like the one. This song title of all others!?
At 1:39 of this video Romeo brings his right hand up to see well.
From around 1:08 of this video of the 3rd song "Without You", Romeo appears and I find red stains around where his right hand touches on the guitar already. Around 2:28, Romeo moves his right hand like shaking off something strange he felt. During Romeo gets shot mainly during the guitar solo from around 2:50, red stains are more visible on the guitar.
Anyways I was really relieved to know he didn't seriously injured!!

In April 2016, the metal festival in Japan called LOUD PARK was announced to be held on October 8th and 9th 2016, and the lineup had Symphony X!（LOUD PARK 16 website）
2年遡って、2014年のLOUD PARKラインナップにも最初はSymphony Xが入っていて、そのときでさえ1998年の初来日から16年だったので、ファンは喜びに沸いていたところ、新アルバム（"Underworld"）制作スケジュールの都合でキャンセルという大事件がありました。私はその2014年からファンになったので長年待っていたのではなかったのですが、それでもとても楽しみにしていたので、大変残念でした。
2 years earlier, LOUD PARK 2014 also had Symphony X in the lineup at first. Even at that time, it had been 16 years since Symphony X's 1st visit to Japan in 1998! So, fans in Japan got very thrilled, but eventually LOUD PARK 2014 announced that Symphony X was cancelled due to the schedule of the recordings for the new album ("Underworld"). I had just become a fan of Symphony X since that year 2014, so I hadn't have waited so long, but I was looking forward to it so much so it was really a bummer for me, too.

LOUD PARK 16 was held on October 8th and 9th, and Symphony X was announced to perform on 9th. At first, I was just excited and delighted, but a bit later, I thought "It's a date of a multiple of 3. Great......" Then I hurried to look up the Moon calendar. I became like Dante hanging on Virgil's arm during the journey through Inferno.

更に、月は完全を表す数10、日付は3の倍数であり "Underworld" のアルバム順と同じである9。"Underworld" についてSymphony X陣営が展開してきた（と思われる）「3の倍数日」と「月」の仕掛けに、こんなにもドンピッシャリな日付があり、そこでSymphony X 18年ぶり（これがまた3の倍数）の来日を迎えるということが、とてもうれしいです。
Plus, the month is 10 (October) that represents perfection, and the date is 9, the same as the 9th album "Underworld" & a multiple of 3. I'm so happy for the fact that the date of Symphony X's show in Japan after 18 years (it's also a multiple of 3!) fits so perfectly the gimmicks of "multiples of 3" and "the Moon" that have been produced (I believe so) by the Symphony X camp for "Underworld".
2016も3の倍数！そして 666 + 666 + 666 + 6 + 6 + 6 = 2016という投稿をインターネット上で拝見。何だこのSymphony Xが "Underworld（地獄）" ツアーで出演するメタルフェスにぴったりすぎる数は。
Symphony X初来日の年も3の倍数で666 + 666 + 666 = 1998だったと気付きました。
2016 is also a multiple of 3! And I saw the internet post saying 666 + 666 + 666 + 6 + 6 + 6 = 2016. What a perfect number for a metal festival which Symphony X plays on the tour for "Underworld"!
I realized that the year of Symphony X's 1st visit to Japan was also multiples of 3 and 666 + 666 + 666 = 1998.
LOUD PARKは屋内フェスですが、当夜、美しい上弦の月が見えたら、更に最高です。
LOUD PARK is an indoor festival, but it will be so great if a beautiful waxing half moon is visible at that night.

I saw the beautiful waxing half moon on my way back home from LOUD PARK 16! My first Symphony X show experience became a so amazing one!!! I made a post to my older weblog, so I will move it to this new one.

I first made this post "To Long Reading Hell and Back" to my older weblog on September 9th 2016. The date was a multiple of 3, the month (9) was a multiple of 3, they made the pair of 9 which is the same number as the 9th album "Underworld", and the Moon was a waxing half moon! It was so perfect, so I chose the date.
そして今、この新しいブログへ移動した日が、2021年6月18日です。今回もまた3の倍数の月と日です。そして月は上弦の月！
